This cowl works up super quick. It consists of chains and puff stitches, both of which are easy to crochet. It’s open, which makes it perfect for the cooler spring or fall weather.
I crocheted this cowl to make it just long enough for one wrap around; however, you can make it is along as you like by increasing the repeats in first round. Also, you can make it as high as you like if you want to use it as a winter cowl. :)
And because it’s so easy to adjust in size, you can basically use any type of yarn or thread that you have on hand. In the image below you can see it done in a size 3 thread with an E 3.50mm crochet hook. I did one extra repeat as what the pattern says and ended up with 19 rounds. The finished size measures about 9″ across when laying flat and 4.5″ high.
Skill Level: Easy
Yarn: Bernat Super Saver or any worsted weight yarn.
Crochet Hook: I/9-5.50mm
Finished Size: Is easy to crochet to any length and height.
