Beaded Loopy Hair Scrunchie

Beaded Loopy Hair Scrunchie Beaded Loopy Hair Scrunchie

A free crochet pattern for a beaded loopy hair scrunchie. To make this scrunchie you will need a hair elastic to match the yarn and 160 matching beads. You will also need to make sure that the beads fit over the yarn before making your purchase.

The loop stitch is used along with beads to create an elegant beaded hair scrunchie. The stitch is worked by working 3 beads into each loop.

This beaded hair scrunchie uses the same stitch pattern as this Beaded Loopy Headband. Both patterns are easy once the basics of crocheting has been mastered.

Material: Paton's Brilliant, hair elastic, 160 beads that fit over the yarn.
Hook Size: 0/3.25MM

Beaded Lp St: Slide 3 beads closer to the work leaving just enough room to pick up the yarn between the work and beads. Work the loop stitch as normal making sure to encase the 3 beads inside the loop. Click Here for a tutorial on (How To Make the Loop Stitch With Beads)

To Sl St Around Bead: Slide the bead snug up to the last st made, yo and pull through loop on hook. This secures the bead neatly between the stitches of the work. Click Here for a tutorial on How To Slip Stitch Around a Bead

String the beads onto the yarn and secure the yarn to the hair elastic.
