Beg Popcorn St: Ch 3, (counts as first dc), work another 4 dc in same first st, remove hook from loop, insert hook in first dc of 5 dc sts made, pick up the loop and pull through.

Ch 4, join with sl st to first ch to form circle.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, 2 sc in each ch around, join with sl st. (8 sc)

Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each st around, join with sl st. (16 sc)

Rnd 3: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in next st, *2 in next st, sc in next st, repeat from * around, join with sl st. (24 sc)

Rnd 4: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in next 2 sts, *2 in next st, sc in next 2 sts, repeat from * around, join with sl st. (32 sc)

Rnd 5: Ch 4, (counts as first dc and ch 1), sk next st, *work popcorn st in next st, ch 1, sk next st,** dc in next st, ch 1, sk next st, repeat from * around ending at **, join with sl st.

Rnd 6: Work beg popcorn st, *ch 1, dc on top of next popcorn st, ch 1,** popcorn st in next dc, repeat from * around ending at **, join with sl st.

Rnd 7: Ch 4, (counts as first dc and ch 1), *work popcorn st in next dc, ch 1,** dc on top of next popcorn st, ch 1, repeat from * ending at **, join with sl st.

Repeat rnds 6 and 7 until desired height. Then, ch 1, sc in each st and ch around, join with sl st. Fasten off.
