Material: Red Heart Soft Touch, 2 5oz. balls of each color. If making the cowl in one solid color you only need 3 5oz. balls.
Hook Size: H/8-5.00MM
Finished Width: Approximately 31" in circumference.
Special Stitch Instructions:
Beg Shell: Ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc all in the same lp indicated.
Shell: 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc all in the same lp indicated.
Ch 92, join with sl st to form circle being careful not to twist the chains.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc into each ch around, join with sl st.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in first 2 sts, ch 2, *sc in next 2 sts, ch 2, repeat from * around, join with sl st.
Rnd 3: Sl st into ch-2 lp, work beg shell, work shell in each ch-2 lp around, join with sl st.
Rnd 4: Sl st into ch-2 lp of shell, work beg shell, work shell in each shell around, join with sl st.
Rnd 5: Repeat rnd 4 once more.
Rnd 6: Sl st into ch-2 lp of shell, ch 1, sc in same shell, ch 1, *sc in next shell, ch 1, repeat from * around, join with sl st.
Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc in each st and ch around, join with sl st.
Change to another color or continue with same color, and repeat rnds 2-7 another 4-5 times, as desired. Fasten off at last round.
