Seed Stitch Brim Hat

Seed Stitch Brim Hat Seed Stitch Brim Hat-1

Here is a free crochet pattern for a seed stitch brim hat. The seed stitches help to create a nice tight fabric for a super warm hat. The pattern stitches are easy, except for the front post double crochet (fpdc), which might be a challenge for a beginner. The only other difficult stitch is the foundation single crochet (fsc), which is used to make the string.

Pattern instructions are given for small medium and large.

The fabric begins to bulk a bit at round 6, but it helps to create a texture for the top of the hat.
