Things You Will Need: 4 Popsicle sticks, craft glue.
Step 1: Take one stick a lay it vertically on a flat surface.
Step 2: Decide how big you want the pompoms to be, and then glue the next 2 sticks horizontally over the vertical stick.
For example, if you want the pompoms to be about 1 inch you would measure a distance of 2 inches from the top of the top horizontal stick to the bottom of the bottom stick, and then glue them on to the vertical stick.
Step 3: Dab some glue on the center of each horizontal stick. Take the last stick and glue it vertically over the horizontal sticks, lining it up with the first stick.
Press down and hold firmly for a minute or so until the glue sets in.
Optional: For extra strength and easy cutting repeat steps 2 and 3 placing each stick in the same spot so that they line up with the previous sticks.
