Floppy Scrubbie Dish Cloth & Scrubbie

Material: Bernat Handicrafter yarn, & a 3" circular scrubbie.
Hook size: H/8-5.00MM
Finished size: 9 inches in diameter.

Ch 4, join with sl st in first ch to form ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, 2 sc in each ch. Join with sl st.

Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 hdc in each sc. Join with sl st. (16 hdc)

Rnd 3: Ch 1, 2 sc in each hdc. Join with sl st. (32 sc)

Attaching work to scrubbie:

Rnd 4: Center crocheted work on scrubbie with scrubbie behind work, ch 1, sc in each hdc working each st in back loops and into scrubbie. Join with sl st. (32 sc)

Rnd 5: Working in both loops, ch 1, sc in same st, ch 2, *skip next st, sc in next st, ch 2. Repeat from * all around. Join with sl st in top of first sc. (16 loops)

Rnd 6: Sl st into ch-2 loop, ch 1, 4 hdc in same loop and in each loop around. Join with sl st.

Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc in same st and in next 3 sts, ch 3, *sc in next 4 sts, ch 3, Repeat from * all around. Join with sl st in top of first sc.

Rnd 8: Sl st into next 3 sts, and into loop, ch 1, 5 hdc in same loop and in each loop all around. Join with sl st.

Rnd 9: Ch 1, sc in same st and in each st all around. Join with sl st.

Rnd 10: Repeat rnd 5.

Rnd 11: Sl st into loop, ch 1, 3 sc in same loop and in each loop all around. Join with sl st. Fasten off.

Floppy Dish Cloth

To make the dish cloth without the scrubbie, simply follow the pattern but do not attach scrubbie in rnd 4.

Scrubbie

To make the scrubbie follow instructions up to rnd 5, then jump to rnd 11. Fasten off.

Scrubbie without the scrubbie

To make the scrubbie without the scrubbie follow instructions in pattern up to rnd 5, but do not attach scrubbie in rnd 4. Then jump to rnd 11, fasten off.
