Material:Â 1″ wide plarn, looped together. I used about half of a garbage bag.
Hook size:Â K/10.5-6.50MM
Finished Size:Â 3 by 3.5 inches.
Rnd 1:Â Ch 4, 2 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, 4 sc in next ch. Working in back loops sc in next ch, 2 sc in next ch. Place stitch marker in last st made. (10 sc)
Rnd 2:Â 2 sc in next 2 sts, sc in next st, 2 sc in next 4 sts, sc in next st, 2 sc in next 2 sts. Place stitch marker in last st made. (18 sts.)
Rnd 3:Â 2 sc in next 2 sts, sc in next 5 sts, 2 sc in next 4 sts, sc in next 5 sts, 2 sc in next 2 sts, (26 sts)
Rnd 4:Â Fpsc around next 2 sts of round 3, fpsc around next st of round 2 and around each stitch of round 2.
Rnd 5:Â Fpsc around each st of rnd 1. Fpsc around 3 beg chs, sl st into same ch as last fpsc.
Fasten off leaving enough plarn needed to sew onto any barrette of choice. Simply pull the end of the plarn through to the wrong side of work and sew onto barrette.
