Banana Milkshake

This banana milkshake is not only quick and easy to make, but it’s also a refreshing treat on a hot summer’s day. And it’s filling, so you don’t need to eat as much, which means you don’t need to cook as much in the hot weather.

Banana Milkshake Recipe

For this milkshake recipe I like to use whole milk. I know, I know, whole milk is fattening; but it makes this milkshake taste so rich and delicious. And sometimes you deserve to treat yourself. But if you don’t want to, you can still enjoy this with a nut milk or a 2% milk. The choice is yours.
