Here is a photo tutorial showing how to work the picot lace for this pattern.

Material: Bernat Baby Sport.
Hook Size: E 3.50 mm

Picot: Ch 3, sl st on top of last sc made.

Ch 64, (or a multiple of 4), join with sl st to first ch being careful not to twist the chs.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in each ch around, join with sl st.

Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 5, sk next 3 sts, *sc in next st, ch 5, sk next 3 sts, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Rnd 3: Sl st into center ch of ch-5 lp, ch 1, sc in same st, ch 5, *sc in center ch of next lp, ch 5, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Rnd 4: Sl st into center ch of ch-5 lp, ch 1, sc in same st, ch 7, *sc in center ch of next lp, ch 7, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Rnd 5: Sl st into center ch of ch-7 lp, ch 1, sc in same st, ch 6, *sc in center ch of next lp, ch 6, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Rnd 6: Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in next 6 chs, *2 sc in next st, sc in next 6 chs, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc in first 2 sts, picot, *sc in next 4 sts, picot, repeat from * around to last 2 sts, sc in last 2 sts. Join with sl st.

Rnd 8: Ch 1, sc in first st, *ch 5, sk next sc, sk picot and next sc,** sc in next 2 sts, repeat from * to last st, ending at **, sc in last st. Join with sl st.

Rnd 9: Ch 4, (counts as first tr), *(sc, picot, sc) in ch-5 lp,** tr in next 2 sc, repeat from * to last st ending at **, tr in last st. Join with sl st.

Repeat rnds 8 & 9 until you have reached a desired length ending at rnd 8.

Next Row: Sl st into ch-5 lp, ch 1, work 5 hdc in same lp and in each lp around, join with sl st. Fasten off.
