Picot Flower 12″ Afghan Square

Here is my second 12″ afghan square pattern. This one wasn’t any easier to design than the last, but I’ve got a few more that I need to get out of the way. I don’t know, I think it’s trying to make it look nice with a variety of colors that throws me off. I’m terrible at color designs.

I crocheted mine in fall colors, but any vibrant colors will look lovely in this. This will go into an afghan with a few other 12″ squares. I was hoping to have it done for the fall season, but I might just wait until next year to finish it as fall is just about over here.

And I’m super excited to tell you that this afghan square was designed for the Moogly CAL. Every couple of weeks you get a new 12″ afghan square to create one large afghan by the end of the year. It’s a fun adventure, and you have something to show for it at the end of the year.

And best of all, you can follow this CAL in both English and in Dutch! The English version is posted below, and the Dutch version is at Het Haakbeest: Picot Flower 12″Afghan Square in Dutch.
