Material: Red Heart, Luster Sheen
Hook size: E 3.50mm
Gauge: Measures approximately 1″ across first 3 rows and 2.5″ across 4 ch-3 loops.
Finished size: Measures approximately 12 inches from top to bottom, the neck circumference is approximately 21 inches, and the circumference on the bottom is 50 inches. Ideal for petite women, young teens or girls.
Pattern size: can easily be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the beginning ch in multiples of 3. In addition, rnd 6 may be repeated as many times as desired to make it longer or shorter.

Beg tr-cl: Ch 4, *yo twice, insert hook in sp/st indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and pull through 2 loops on hook twice. Repeat from * 3 times. Yo and pull through all 5 loops on hook.

tr-cl: *Yo twice, insert hook in ch indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and pull through 2 loops on hook twice. Repeat from * 4 times. Yo and pull through all 6 loops on hook.

Picot: (Sc, ch 3, sl st in third ch from hook, sc) in ch/st indicated.

Beginning ch: Ch 96, join with sl st making sure not to twist the chain.

Rnd 1: Ch1, sc in same st as join, *ch 3, skip next 2 chs, sc in next ch; repeat from * around up to last 2 chs; ch 1, hdc in first sc to join and form last ch-3 sp. [32 ch-3 sps].

Rnd 2: Ch 1, (sc, ch 3) into each sp around to last sp, sc in last sp, ch 1, hdc in first sc to join and form last ch-3 sp. [32 ch-3 sps].

Rnd 3: Repeat rnd 2.

Rnd 4:  Ch 1, (sc, ch 5) into each sp around to last sp, sc in last sp, ch 2, dc in first sc to join and form last ch-5 sp. [32 ch-5 sps].

Rnd 5: Work beg tr-cl on top of joining dc st, ch 5, (tr-cl, ch 5) in center ch of next sp and into each sp around to last sp, tr-cl in center ch of last sp, ch 2, dc in top of beg tr-cl to join and form last sp.

Rnd 6: Work beg tr-cl on top of joining st, ch 9, (tr-cl, ch 9) in center ch of next sp and into each sp around to last sp, tr-cl in last sp, ch 4, tr in top of beg tr-cl to join and form last ch-sp.

Rnds 7-12: Repeat Rnd 6.

Rnd 12: Work beg tr-cl on top of joining tr st, ch 9, (tr-cl, ch 9) in center ch of next sp and into each sp around to last sp, tr-cl in last sp, ch 6, dc in top of beg tr-cl to join and form last sp.

Rnd 13: Ch 1, picot in top of joining dc st, ch 5, picot in top of tr-cl, ch 5, *picot in center ch of next sp, ch 5, picot in top of next tr-cl, ch 5, repeat from * around, join with sl st.
