Slanted Puffs Summer Bag

I made this bag in red and white for our Canadian celebrations. It features a pretty lacy stitch, so you’ll definitely want to line to prevent it from stretching out too much.

And if you’re not Canadian, feel free to crochet it in any colors you like. It actually works out perfect with the US Red, White and Blue, if you wanted to make this for the 4th of July. It’ll actually work out perfect if you start the pattern with red. Then when you get to the puff stitch rounds, begin with red, then white and blue. And it works out perfect to get four striped repeats of the red, white and blue before the final round of red.
