Easy Crochet Soap Savers
In today’s roundup, we have a collection of easy crochet soap savers that you can use to store your soap when not in use. Some of these are suitable for absolute crochet beginners, while other may require basic crochet skills to master them.
Plus, many of these feature a lovely texture that makes them ideal for using as a washcloth as well. Simply put your soap bar into the soap bag and start scrubbing away. Believe it or not, they make for a great body scrubber! Then when done, simply hang them up to dry, with the soap in them of course. Thus, the perfect soap holder for your bathtub to save space.
These are always great to have on hand for last-minute spa gifts and craft fairs.
Another use for these soap savers is to use them as small gift and candy bags. As for the lacy ones, you can always line them with a solid material to prevent small items from falling out.
Personally, I prefer to crochet mine in a worsted weight cotton yarn, but acrylic yarns can work too, depending on your preferations. Bernat Handicrafter or Lily Sugar N Cream yarn makes for great scrubbers.
One great thing about acrylic yarn is that it will dry a lot quicker than cotton, but it won’t last as long.

They are wonderful patterns. I am making them for our church to give to children overseas at Christmas in boxes with other health needs.
I Would like as many patterns as I can have. Thank You and God Bless Myrna Chandler
