Free Crochet Pattern by Cream Of The Crop Crochet

This adorable Hazel Preemie Newborn Crochet Hat is sooo perfect for any occasion! The red, pink and white makes it ideal for Valentine’s day… but why not try a shade of purple instead of the red and you have yourself a cute little spring hat for the wee ones.

The pattern is available in four baby sizes, which means you can crochet the hat in lots of pretty colors for your little princess to grow into. And for boys you could simply choose a boyish color combo and omit the flower applique. It’s that simple.

Best of all, it’ll be the one gift that gets all the attention at your next baby shower. So why not whip up a few so you have them ready for when the occasion calls for it.

As for the pretty flower applique, it can be used on many other items from headbands to baby blankets, bags and anything else you can imagine.
