I used a Goody Hair Elastic and size 3 crochet thread to make this loopy hair scrunchy. Due to its simplicity, however, any type of yarn, thread or scrunchy will do. The only difference is that if you use a yarn that the loops will not be as evident unless you make them fairly large.
The pattern works up fairly fast and will look good in just about any one’s hair.
The loop stitch is fairly easy to make and doesn’t take much time to learn if you already know how to crochet. Click here for a loop stitch tutorial.
