  • Yarn: Bernat Satin Yarn
  • Crochet Hook: H/8-5.00MM
  • Other: Scissors, Yarn Needle.

Measurements

  • 5.5" from top to bottom, and 6" from side to side.

Special Stitch Instructions

  • Beg Cl: Ch 2, (Yo, insert hook into sp indicated, yo and pull through, yo and pull through 2 lps on hook) 4 times, 5 lps on hook, yo and pull through all 5 lps, ch 1. 
  • CL: (Yo, insert hook into sp indicated, yo and pull through, yo and pull through 2 lps on hook) 5 times, 6 lps on hook, yo and pull through all 6 lps, ch 1.

Instructions

  • Ch 11,
  • Rnd 1: 2 sc in second ch from hook, sc in each ch to end, work another 3 sc sts in last ch, turning your work and working in back lps of the chs, sc in each ch to end, sc once more in last ch, join with sl st. (24 sts)
  • Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc first st and in next st, sc in next 8 sts, (2 sc in next st) 4 times, sc in next 8 sts, (2 sc in next st) 2 times, join with sl st. (32 sts)
  • Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in first st, *2 sc in next st, sc in next 12 sts, 2 sc in next st,* sc in next 2 sts, repeat from * to * once, sc in last st, join with sl st. (36 sts)
  • Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in first st and in each st around, join with sl st.
  • Rnd 5: Ch 1, hdc in first st, ch 1, sk next st, *hdc in next st, ch 1, sk next st, repeat from * around, join with sl st.
  • Rnd 6: Sl st into ch-1 sp, work beg cl, work cl in each ch-1 sp around, join with sl st.
  • Rnd 7: Sl st into sp before next cl, ch 1, hdc in same sp, ch 1, *hdc in next sp, ch 1, repeat from * around, join with sl st.
  • Repeat rnds 6 to 7 until you have reached a desired height ending with rnd 6.
  • Last Rnd: Ch 1, sc in each st and ch around, join with sl st.

Handles (Make 2):

  • Ch 30, working in back bumps, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across. Fasten off. Attach the handles to the bag, one on each side.
