Special Stitch Instructions

V-Stitch (v-st): 2 hdc in same ch, st or sp. When you work a v-st into another v-st, work the v-st in between the 2 hdc that make up the v-st.

Rnd 1 (RS): Work 6 sc into a magic circle; join with sl st in first sc. [6 sts]

Rnd 2: Ch 1, work 2 sc in same st as join and into each st around; join with sl st in first sc. [12 sts]

Rnd 3: Ch 1, 2 sc in same st as join, sc in next st, *2 sc in next st, sc in next st; rep from * around; join with sl st in first sc. [18 sts]

Rnd 4: Ch 1, 2 sc in same st as join, sc in next 2 sts, *2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts; rep from * around; join with sl st in first sc. [24 sts]

Body (Side of Holder)

Rnd 5: Ch 1, sc in same st as join and into each st around; join with sl st in first sc. [24 sts]

Rnd 6: Ch 1, v-st in same st as join, *sk next st, v-st in next v-st st; rep from * around; sk last st; join with sl st in first hdc of first v-st. [12 v-sts]
