Originally I used Bernat Denimstyle, but it has been discontinued. So I tried Red Heart Super Saver. and it came out fairly nice.

Super Saver is one of the most economical and popular acrylic yarns available on the market. It is easy to work with, washes well, and can be used for crocheting just about anything you need including winter wearables.

How it’s Made

This ear warmer crochet pattern is worked in the round with basic crochet stitches.

It starts off at the bottom edge with chain 3 spaces. Then half double crochet stitches, alternated with single crochet stitches until you’re about half an inch away from the desired width.

Then another round of chain 3 spaces prepares for the final edging round, which is worked in single crochets and picots. The edge is worked on both sides of the ear warmer.
