Worked up in a granny stitch, this crochet shawl pattern can easily be crocheted to any size you want to fit children and adults. It works great as a shoulder wrap or as a stylish neck scarf.

I used a self-striping yarn, Red Heart It’s a Wrap Hues. I really enjoyed working with this yarn; it was easy to work with and resulted in a beautiful drape. With one skein I was able to reach a small to medium sized shawl. If you need to make yours bigger you will need more yarn.

Any yarn will work as a substitute if you need something thicker for the winter. The pattern is a one-row repeat, making it easy to crochet more or less rows until a desired size is reached. And it’s a quick and mindless pattern to help you relax in the evening!
