Special Stitch Instructions
V-Stitch (v-st): 2 hdc in same ch, st, or sp. When you work a v-st into another v-st, work the v-st in between the 2 hdc that make up the v-st.
Lapghan Crochet Pattern Instructions
Ch 128, or any multiple of 4, to get the width you want.
Row 1: Working into back bumps, sc in 2nd ch from hook, and into each ch across. Turn. [127 sts]
Row 2: Ch 1, (hdc, ch 2) in first st, sk next 2 sts, (v-st, ch 2) in next st; *sk next 3 sts, (v-st, ch 2) in next st; rep from * across to last 3 sts, sk next 2 sts, hdc in last st. Turn. [31 v-sts]
Row 3: Ch 1, (hdc, ch 2) in first st, (v-st, ch 2) in next v-st and into each v-st across; hdc in last st. [31 v-sts]
Rows 4-128: Rep Row 2.
Row 129: Ch 1, sc in first st, sc in next 2 chs, *sc in next 2 hdc, sc in next 2 chs; rep from * across to last st; sc in last st. Fasten Off.
Edging
Ch 1, sc evenly around, working 3 sc into each corner. Join with a slip stitch in first sc. Fasten Off.
