Lacy Double V-Stitch Rectangular Shawl

The lacy double v-stitch rectangular shawl is worked up in an open stitch with a fine yarn. It’s the perfect summer shawl crochet pattern for summer weddings and other memorable occasions during the hot weather.

With that said, with the right outfit and occasion, it can be the perfect go-to shawl to wear throughout the year.

It will also make for a nice gift idea on Mother’s Day, Christmas, or birthdays.

It’s a mindless pattern, which makes it easy to work on at the end of the day when your other work is complete.

I used Red Heart It’s A Wrap Hues, which is a fine #2 lace-weight yarn. The yarn is self-striping so you can have pretty colors, but without the hassles of having to make color changes. If you have another yarn in mind you can easily incorporate your favorite striped design. Or, crochet it up in a solid color, which would look lovely as well.
