  • Sk = Skip
  • Sp/Sps = Space/Spaces

  • St/Sts = Stitch/Stitches

Special Stitch Instructions

Spider Stitch (sp-st): (Sc, ch 1, sc) into designated st or sp.

Easy Crochet Dishcloth Pattern Instructions

Ch 24, or any multiple of 3.

Row 1: Working into back bumps, sc in 2nd ch from hook, and into each ch across. Turn. [23 sts]

Row 1: Ch 1, (sc, ch 1) in first st, sk next st, (sp-st, ch 1) in next st; *sk next 2 sts, (sp-st, ch 1) in next st; rep from * across to last 2 sts, sk next st, sc in last st. Turn. [2 sc, 7 sp-sts and 8 ch-1 sps, OR 16 sc and 15 ch-1 sps]

Row 2: Ch 1, (sc, ch 1) in first st, (sp-st, ch 1) in ch-1 sp of next sp-st and into each sp-st across; sc in last st. [2 sc and 7 sp-sts]

Rows 3-26: Rep Row 2.

Row 27: Ch 1, sk first st, sc in first ch-1, *sc in next sc, sk ch-1 of sp-st, sc in next sc, sc in ch-1; rep from * across to last st; sc in last st. FO.
