Below is the main archive for all the free crochet patterns available on CrochetnCrafts. There is something here for everyone and at every skill level, including Beginner Patterns, Easy Crochet Patterns and Intermediate Patterns for those who have mastered their skills.
All free crochet patterns are written in US crochet terminology. They are free on the website, but many of them can also be purchased in my Etsy shop or on Ravelry.
They are written with the right-handed crocheters in mind. If you are left-handed you’ll need to reverse where the pattern instructs to work in a left or right direction.
Why crochet? Because it is relaxing, takes your mind off your problems, and helps to save money! Finished Crochet projects make for the perfect gift for your friends and family members. Because when it is hand-made, it just speaks volumes about how much you appreciate the recipient. And that is priceless!

A Few Tips for Beginners: Start with a project that uses only the basic stitches like the single, half double or double crochet stitches. Also look for something that doesn’t require much shaping or color changes until you’re comfortable with holding your hook and yarn.
As for the yarn, a medium worsted weight yarn worked with an H or an I crochet hook is most suitable for beginners who have never crocheted before.

If you love to crochet like me, I know that you have more than one project going on at any given time. My biggest challenge is keeping things organized. I’ve had issues with my crochet hooks always disappearing on me because I would leave them in the half-finished crochet project that I worked on a year ago!
I have found that keeping a journal of all the projects on the go can help. So basically you list the name of the pattern, the yarn and the hook size. Now when your hook goes missing, you know exactly which project is hogging it!
My next problem is my yarn! I just KNOW that I have a leftover skein of Red Heart Super in White, but WHERE in this pile is it??? Do I seriously have to go through my entire stash of leftovers?
Not anymore! I have found that it is more important to keep your yarn brands and yarn types together, than it is to keep whole skeins separate from half used ones. There are many types of craft organizers that will do a good job at keeping your yarn neatly organized so you can have whatever you need at your fingertips, when you need it.
You can browse all crochet patterns below, or narrow down your search with these categories. You can also use the search at the top of the site if you are looking for a specific pattern. Hopefully you’ll find your next crochet project on this site. And if you do, please share your finished project in the CrochetnCrafts Facebook group.
